Since 1993, NCBI Seattle has facilitated workshops and provided consultation throughout
the Puget Sound area. Our diverse teams of highly skilled facilitators have worked with
a range of organizations, including schools and universities, community groups,
local and state municipalities, and non-profit organizations, to create inclusive
environments.
In addition to offering our many workshop models, the NCBI Seattle team
can provide training and consultation on leadership skills, diversity, and conflict
resolution that are tailored to meet your group's specific needs. Check out
one of our periodic workshops, or
contact us about working directly with your organization.

NCBI Seattle moves individuals and organizations
toward a just inclusive society, through training and leadership development.

NCBI Seattle is affiliated with the National
Coalition Building Institute, International. Founded in 1984, NCBI International
is a non-profit leadership training organization which teaches people
from every walk of life to see themselves as leaders who can take initiative to counter
the mistreatment of any group. With chapters in nearly fifty
cities worldwide, we have dealt with prejudice and conflict in virtually every form.
Each chapter is composed of community-based leaders who are trained to provide prevention-based
programs to reduce prejudice and inter-group conflict in their communities.

On January 25, 2003, NCBI Seattle Chapter members led day one of the
