The Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender Retreat is an experiential retreat for people who are national or local NCBI associates or campus team members and who have previously attended a 3- or 5-day Train-the Trainer.  The retreat will utilize NCBI healing methodologies to allow participants to do the following:

• Heal the wounds of gay oppression

• Heal the effects of internalized gay oppression

• Move past cultural isolation

• Become powerful allies to others

• Assume more powerful leadership in NCBI and the world

• Strategize and set goals toward the elimination of gay oppression
